If researchers at the University of Illinois are correct, we might have a tasty, if unexpected, way to lower cholesterol on our hands. I’m a fan of any research that tells me to eat more chocolate, but that aside, these results should be looked into further. On that note, I’m off to, um, ‘lower my cholesterol.’
