Native Americans had a great respect for wildlife and when they killed an animal for food, they used every part of it. These days animals don’t seem to have such a profound effect on our psyches, but in the case of cows, at least we use a lot of the animal for different products, meat, leather, and now motor oil.

With a ‘Save The Earth, Sacrifice Nothing’ mantra, Green Earth Technologies has created a two-stroke motor oil out of cow fat. In the past, we’ve used cow fat for frying, but with trans fat awareness and a desire for healthier frying oil, much of this fat goes to waste now, almost all 200 pounds of tallow per cow. Well, not anymore if Green Earth Technologies has anything to say about it.
